Meet the Founders
Holly & Jimmy
Holly and Jimmy Thomas are the heart behind Bumble and Bloom Early Learning Center, bringing together passion, dedication, and community spirit to create a place where children and families truly feel at home.
With over 25 years in the early childhood education industry, Holly has devoted her career to nurturing young minds and guiding educators. Holding a degree in Early Childhood Education with a specialization in Leadership, she leads with compassion, vision, and a deep love for the work she does. As a mother of two, Holly knows firsthand the importance of creating spaces where children feel safe, valued, and inspired. Her home has always been a welcoming hub for friends and family, filled with laughter and joy — the same warmth she brings to Bumble and Bloom.
Standing proudly by her side, Jimmy ensures the centers run in tip-top condition. Though his background is not in early childhood education, his love for little ones and commitment to excellence shine through in everything he does. A devoted father of two, Jimmy is a true jack of all trades — balancing his role at Bumble and Bloom with his own lawncare, snow removal, and dumpster rental business. He is also deeply involved in farming and the 4H community, embodying the values of hard work, service, and community connection.
Together, Holly and Jimmy share not only their professional strengths but also their personal passion for family and community. Their leadership is rooted in kindness, reliability, and the belief that every child deserves a place to flourish.
